At Pro Nature City™, our mission is to protect our planet without compromising urban development by offering a simple yet powerful solution called PLEM™ (Planet, Lives, Energy, More), to save the planet, protect lives and structures from natural disasters -including wildfires, earthquakes, tornadoes, stormwater flooding and disease outbreaks - save energy and more.​

 

We achieve this through education of the public, industry professionals, and authorities regarding the PLEM™ approach in urban construction, while directing incentives exclusively toward public adoption of the PLEM™ approach. Our goal is to preserve the planet's natural surface without compromising human civilization—protecting lives from natural disasters and promoting energy efficiency.

We strive to address environmental challenges and combat global warming by targeting a key root cause, the destruction of natural ecosystems caused by urban development. Our mission included but not limited to: 

 

Educational Initiatives: Organizing seminars and conferences for public, industry professionals and city permit authorities. These events will highlight the fundamental benefits of PLEM™, fostering familiarity and collaboration to streamline the permit approval process.

 

Building Prototype PLEM.™ Houses: As part of our educational initiatives, PLEM™ demonstration houses will be built across the nation.These model homes will inspire the public, professionals, industries, and city authorities by showing how this simple solution can address multiple environmental challenges while saving lives, energy, and costs.

 

Providing Incentives: Offering cash or credit rewards to homebuyers and construction professionals who build or purchase PLEM™ houses. This encourages adoption and sets an example for sustainable development.

 

Retrofitting Existing Structures: Educating homeowners about the possibility of retrofitting their existing homes into PLEM™ or semi-PLEM™ structures, where feasible, after consultation with qualified, licensed professionals. PNC’s role is to provide education and awareness, helping homeowners understand potential options and available incentives, while all assessments, designs, approvals, and construction would be handled by the appropriate licensed professionals.
